Female data scientists often find themselves uniquely positioned when addressing bias in AI, not only as technical experts but also as individuals who may have firsthand experience with bias. This dual perspective allows them to approach AI development with a heightened awareness of fairness and inclusivity. One way they navigate bias is by actively questioning datasets and assumptions.
