Many UX/UI bootcamps have specific initiatives to support women, such as women-only cohorts, mentorship programs, and partnerships with organizations promoting diversity in tech. Certificate programs may not always have these targeted efforts. Women in tech may find bootcamps more directly supportive of their unique challenges and career growth.
