Imo, the talent pipeline isn't broken, the retention system is. Women in Tech networks prove women exist in abundance; what's missing is workplaces that don't force them to choose between advancing and surviving. These groups aren't fixing women to fit tech culture, they're building alternative power structures that expose how the industry's "meritocracy" has always been a boys' club with better branding. Real leadership means stop asking women to lean in to broken systems and start dismantling the systems that lean on women.
