I would absolutely agree with offering scholarships and financial support to female technology students helps to bring awareness to the pursuit of this education avenue. It requires an educational background in technology for scholarship eligibility and brings awareness to the education path. Personally speaking, I created a scholarship in my late grandmother's name and it was awarded to minority students pursuing stem educational pathways. Hundreds applied, but even more so, female students. This is a for sure great way to encourage female students to pursue and apply for stem studies and scholarships.
