The Role

As a Consult Partner at Kyndryl, you will play a key leadership role driving business growth and leading complex transformation engagements within the Financial Services industry. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders across major banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies, shaping strategic initiatives that sit at the intersection of business and technology. You will be responsible for building and growing client relationships, positioning strategic transformation agendas, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong industry expertise and a deep understanding of technology trends such as cloud transformation, legacy modernization, cybersecurity, and data & AI.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy:
• Drive revenue growth through deal origination, pipeline development, and conversion
• Ensure sustained profitability, managing margins and backlog growth
• Lead opportunity shaping, scoping, and commercial negotiations

Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor within key Financial Services accounts
• Lead executive client interactions, workshops, and transformation initiatives
• Ensure high client satisfaction (e.g., NPS) and long-term partnership development

Delivery Leadership:
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from pre-deal to post-deal execution
• Oversee delivery quality, financial performance, and business impact
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across consulting and technology domains

Operational Excellence:
• Drive utilization, efficiency, and financial performance across engagements
• Ensure alignment between delivery outcomes and business objectives

Leadership & Strategic Contribution:
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams
• Contribute to Kyndryl’s strategic initiatives and market positioning
• Drive thought leadership, innovation, and industry presence

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at CXO level

• Experience working with major Financial Services clients (banking, insurance, financial operators)
• Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
• Strong track record in leading and delivering complex consulting engagements with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience driving revenue growth, managing margins, and owning business outcomes
• Experience supporting high-value business development initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Financial Services industry and relevant technology trends
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive organizational change
• Proven experience leading and growing high-performing teams
