Narjès has a vision of a world where AI helps organizations and companies foster harmonious relationships with people they serve. A pioneer in applying Machine Learning for Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Narjès completed her Ph.D. in Natural Language Understanding in 2005 focusing on how to automate the understanding of human dialogs. She published more than 15 scientific papers and worked as a researcher in several universities and research centers. She founded Keatext to offer a disruptive platform that helps brands leverage customer feedback to create powerful customer experiences.
