On March 4, 2025, the Chief in Tech Executive Dinner in the heart of Barcelona—a thriving tech hub— brought together an exceptional group of senior executives, tech leaders, and changemakers for an evening of meaningful connections and inspiring conversations. Organized by WomenTech Network and Executive Women in Tech (EWIT) in a partnership with EY, this exclusive gathering—held during MWC 2025—provided a platform for executives to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and celebrate leadership in tech.
An Evening of Inspiration & Connection
The evening began with an Executive Networking Cocktail Reception, where guests engaged in thought-provoking discussions, exchanged insights, and connected with fellow leaders from across industries. The energy in the room reflected the shared passion for driving innovation and advancing leadership in technology.

Following the reception, Anna Radulovski, Founder and CEO of WomenTech Network, officially opened the evening. She shared her personal journey—starting with Coding Girls, the evolution into WomenTech Network, and later the launch of Executive Women in Tech. She emphasized the unique power of these dinners, where leaders gather not just to network but to build lasting relationships and drive meaningful change. She also shared about her Chief in Tech Book, a powerful guide that captures the real-world experiences, challenges, and victories of executive women in tech, actionable insights and practical strategies to navigate leadership, break barriers, and drive meaningful impact in tech.
