As an organizer of a Side Event your goal will be to:
- Create an event that aligns with the mission, goals and topics of the Women in Tech Global Conference 2023.
- Organize logistics such as venue, AV and other relevant depending on the type of the event.
- Take care of communication, amplification, and outreach via social media.
- Provide free access to the side-event (Paid events are not accepted as side-events).
- Reference "Women in Tech Global Conference 2023 Side Event" on your event website/blog with a link to the WomenTech Website/Conference Page.
- Provide a summary/event report of the outcomes of the event, ideally with photos to be featured on the WomenTech website.
Accepted side events will be:
- Featured on the Global Conference 2023 Side Events Page
- Featured in the Newsletter
- Amplified on WomenTech Network channels globally and locally
- Featured on the WomenTech Network Blog
