Peer - to - peer learning does make a difference.
Not to mention, the so - called informal leadership.
It might be tough once in a while to see the big picture of the situation, notice some soft spots or realize that something may work way better if you redesign the course.
Peer learning may act as an impeccable source of wisdom as competent like - minded people are able to give a fresh look and highlight what is invisible to us.
