In order to make what matters work we are hiring a Lead Cyber Security Analyst based in our office in Warsaw, Poland (hybrid work)

What you will do:

This position will be responsible for regional cyber security support and will report to the regional security leader. The major tasks include supporting regional cyber security activities, collecting regional cyber security requirements and coordinating with the business and the IT team in order to manage vulnerabilities, IT risks and cyber incident handling. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information security function support across the region to ensure consistent and high-quality information security management in support of regional/global business goals, and in line with Eaton’s Security Program
  • Perform information security risk assessments including the reporting and oversight of treatment efforts to address key findings
  • Partner with CSIRT (Cyber Security Incident Response Team) team for incidents and/or investigations within the region
  • Collaborate with ITRM team for regional IT risks management
  • Collaborate with Eaton Legal, and Audit team to collect regional cyber security requirements
  • Deliver Security Awareness/Training sessions in the region
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required in Information Technology or Cyber Security
  • Substantial experience in Information Technology is required
  • Good communication skills, readiness to handle complex security requirements or issues
  • Familiarity with enterprise security processes
  • Familiarity with software, hardware and network technologies
  • Security Certification such as CISSP or similar would be an advantage
  • Experience with security related tools is a plus
  • Scripting / programming language experience is a plus
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of security software including endpoint detection and local firewall
