As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence. Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Experiencing managing projects and task-driven activities - self disciplined

• Ability to perform across divisional and technical boundaries; willing to learn and adopt quickly to changing technologies and diverse technical requirements.

• Must possess a firm belief in the ability to find solutions to any problem no matter how imposing (work with other teams and self-learner)

• Go-getter mentality - full accountability and willing to own entire lifecycle of task and problem management.

• Experience with product, portfolio, and demand management.

Eligibility Criteria:
•Candidate with minimum of 7+ yrs. experience with technical background Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear and accurate process documentation

. •Project management experience the ability to accurately translate unstructured requests into non-functional requirements. Broad knowledge and experience with on-premises and cloud services offered by AWS and Azure•Top-tier multitasking skills. Adaptability to change, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

. •A helpful, friendly, and professional attitude

Experience with both physical and cloud infrastructure, including networking, auto-scaling, object-based storage, and infrastructure-as-code.
 

Required skillset:
•Expertise in designing, planning, and managing the data migration process, delivering large and complex end-to-end business application migration to cloud projects.
•Experience in legacy application modernization and Cloud migrations
•Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements
•Troubleshooting skills and work closely with operations, support, engineering and/or other functions to ensure successful migrations.
•Knowledge of storage Platform Technologies (SAN/NAS) including Hardware & Software (EMC/NetApp/Sun/IBM/HP etc.)
•Experience in Database operations PL/SQL & SQL Plus background, SQL Server and ETL processes.
•Desired Knowledge, Skills and Competencies AWS/Cloud Management: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Agile Project Management (e.g. Jira/Confluence).
•Experience with containerization technology such as Docker and related management systems such as Kubernetes, OpenShift will be a plus.
•Cloud Infrastructure knowledge/Cloud security knowledge/Experience in Cloud networking (VPNs, DNS, TCP/IP, UDP)/Data engineering skills/DevOps.
