The Role

The mission of Customer Partner is to offer consultative solution sales to core targets client.

In this position, your responsibility is to grow and develop the business with clients. You will lead the proposal of solutions to clients to assist them achieve their business strategies and its objectives. Your responsibilities include building and sustaining relationship with clients, problem identification, selecting solutions, and delivering. You will also be expected to work with Kyndryl professionals such as pre-sales, architects, and PMs to maximize clients’ business performance.


Who You Are

  • Sales management skills handling and assessing clients’ business objectives, operational and financial progresses.

  • Skillsets in the area of sales and proposing appropriate IT solutions to clients’ business issues.

  • Work experience from the most upstream to downstream of system development with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Strong business development and sales skills

  • Proven sales track record, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth

  • Architectural and sales knowledge related to cloud solutions and in general how to modernize IT environments to meet new business demand.

  • Multi-vendor commercial solutions

  • Fluent in any Nordic language and English
