Session: Managing Mixed Messages: The Internal Struggle
Regardless of where we are in our careers, we all have times where we struggle with inner conflict. As women, we're told that we can have it all - but at what cost? We question our abilities, our motivations, our ambitions. We receive mixed messages all of the time. In this session, we will look at how our internalisation of these mixed messages can make us feel trapped and maybe not as happy as we could be. We will look at how we can manage these complex, messy conflicts within us to help us do the things that are truly most important to us.Key Takeaways

Bio
I am a qualified EMCC coach with 10 years of HR experience at category leading corporates, including Google, Hilton, Mattel, McKinsey and Dow Jones. During my career I’ve built EMEA wide mentoring programmes, upskilling programmes for entire departments and delivered “Tell Your Story” trainings, throughout the EMEA region. Winning some awards along the way.Being at high performance companies has given me a unique insight into success. Leading me to see the model for how to build a successful career. I now use those experiences to help other growth minded professionals create meaningful work and a successful career. My focus with clients are any topics from career growth, meaningful work to work-life balance and more.
My coaching is based on Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Positive Psychology which makes my coaching style unique. Our sessions will be a blend of traditional “talk” coaching, blueprints for success and learning how your physiology enhances performance.
