We now have entered a new era where digital transformation is no longer a luxury, but a necessity. Robotics, AR and VR will be the tools that will bring women to the forefront in this next technical generation, because of the need for empathetic and emotional connecting through these alternate realities. The technology today is developed by 97% men and consequently have coded unintentional biases that in the future will be eradicated by the high demand for female tech developers.
