We’re looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager – Salesforce to join our team in the US in a remote working mode.
In this role, you will combine an entrepreneurial sales mindset with partner-driven growth strategies. Your core responsibility will be to carry a quota and deliver measurable revenue through both new-logo acquisition and partner-sourced or influenced opportunities. You will build and nurture senior executive relationships across the partner ecosystem, co-develop routes to market and position EPAM as a preferred partner for enterprise-level digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities
- Drive the sales strategy and revenue plan for assigned strategic partners
- Carry a personal quota combining net-new logo and partner-driven revenue
- Build a sustainable pipeline through direct prospecting and joint selling with partners
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification through deal closure
- Develop joint account strategies with partner field teams for aligned opportunities
- Influence partner organizations to prioritize EPAM’s joint initiatives
- Lead compelling value-based client conversations with EPAM and partner propositions
- Execute joint go-to-market campaigns, ensuring measurable pipeline results
- Drive governance across forecasting, pipeline reporting and opportunity accuracy
- Maximize strategic partner investment and funding to accelerate joint wins
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales/business development focused on new business acquisition
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of co-selling models and partner-led commercial strategies
- Proven aptitude for managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
- Deep understanding of major technology ecosystems and alliance dynamics
- Ability to influence and engage senior client and partner executives (C-suite)
- Exceptional commercial negotiation and strategic thinking skills
- Experience working across global matrixed organizations
- Degree in business, technology or related field
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)
Nice to have
- Prior experience in managing alliance-driven revenue strategies
- Familiarity with executing joint go-to-market programs and co-funded campaigns
- Certifications or credentials with strategic partner ecosystems (e.g., major cloud providers)
- Multi-language proficiency and international sales experience

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $115,000 - $185,000.
