The Role

Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You’re in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You’ll be there from the start of a project — understanding what’s needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you’ll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

As an Infrastructure Architect, you’ll draw upon the full breadth of your talent and experience. This is a technical leadership role, so we want you to bring your vision, knowledge, and leadership to each project. To the client, you’re the subject matter expert – consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution. You design the best solution for the job. And finally, you’re the tech leader for implementation.

Key Skills required.
• AWS Solutions Architect with knowledge of AWS EKS.
• Should have strong knowledge on Certificate management, Encryption keys management, Load Balancers etc.
• Should be hands-on.
• Should have Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) skills.
• Should be able to draw Architecture diagrams, develop HLD, LLD, come up with other related documentation as required for the solution developed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (verbal and written).
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Designing, implementing, and maintaining Ansible playbooks for automation of infrastructure tasks. Troubleshooting and debugging Ansible scripts and configurations. Providing expertise and guidance on Ansible architecture and deployment strategies. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Ansible features and industry best practices. Mentoring and training team members on Ansible usage and best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Solid understanding of Data Center mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases
• Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on experience & learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
