Role Objective: Analysis of entity expenses by cost centre in a trial balance structure, preparation of expenses Budget & Forecast according to Group financial expectations in conjunction with entity operative areas. Complete monthly information submissions to group and assist Finance Manager and Coordinator to prepare finance scenarios and analysis related mainly to expenses.

Main functions of the role:

  • Prepare monthly expenses reports by area.

  • Perform Risks and Ops. Analysis on monthly expenses reports versus Budget (Forecast).

  • Review main variances in monthly expenses reports with areas involved to provide feedback to finance manager and coordinator.

  • Participate in budget and forecast expenses preparation.

  • Submit to UK’s entity finance team expenses related information on monthly basis.

Professional experience, skills and knowledge required/desired:

  • Required Bachelor’s degree in accounting

  • Previous working experience in accounting or financial areas (1 or 2 years).

  • Qualified in Microsoft Office, mainly in Excel.

  • Fluent English - B1-B2

  • Resilience, proactive and teamwork.

Desired:

  • SAP knowledge.

  • Finance Diploma.
