Laura Kiehne
Senior Business Development Manager ESMT Berlin, Actress and Coach
Laura has studied acting at the prestigious Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts, widely regarded as Germany's foremost acting school. Her acting career spans performances on renowned stages in Germany and Sweden, as well as notable roles in films and television, including the acclaimed Netflix series Babylon Berlin. Beyond her achievements as an actress, Laura serves as a Trainer and Senior Business Development Manager at ESMT Berlin, bridging the realms of business and the performing arts.

Christina Riedle
EY – Technology Consulting Partner
For nearly 20 years, she has been guiding clients across industries through large-scale and complex IT transformation journeys, with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies over the past decade. Her expertise lies in supporting clients end-to-end, from business-centric technology strategy to execution and implementation, ensuring seamless integration into operations and managed services. Leveraging scaled global delivery, she helps organizations navigate their transformation with efficiency and innovation.

Amelie Keese
EY – Technology Consulting Manager
Amelie Keese has over nine years of experience in agile project management, digital transformation, and strategic planning across industries like banking, technology (Google), and logistics. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, she has founded WeIT at PwC and WeTech at EY to support women in tech consulting. In 2024, she was honored with the Global Young Leader Award for her contributions to the industry. A Certified SCRUM Master, she specializes in IT and agile project management and holds an M.Sc. in Marketing Management from the University of Westminster.

Ulrike Exner
EY – Technology Consulting Manager
Ulrike Exner joined EY Technology Consulting in January 2025, specializing in cloud engineering and strategy. With previous experience in the public sector and automotive engineering, she focused on e-mobility, Car2X, and fleet management. Ulrike has expertise in DevOps, IaC, platform engineering, cloud computing, AI, and Blockchain, applying these skills to build scalable, data-driven web platforms. She is committed to agility, leadership, and continuous improvement throughout her career.

Jessica Weidenauer
EY – Technology Consulting Manager
Jessica is a customer experience (CX) expert passionate about transforming how brands engage with customers. She believes companies must implement the right technology to harness experience data, driving value for current and future customers. Jessica defines CX as the overall perception a customer has of a brand, shaped by every interaction across all touchpoints—from initial engagement to post-purchase support. She emphasizes the impact of emotional, physical, and digital experiences on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Her goal is to help clients create exceptional experiences for their customers, because, in the end, we are all customers.

Paula Castro
Senior Technology & Product Consultant l WomenTech Network community leader
Paula is a Technical and Product Solutions Consultant at SWISS KRONO GROUP, where she optimizes product decisions and drives innovation in collaboration with business and engineering teams. Her expertise includes systems such as PIM (Akeneo), Tessa, and tools for Catalog and Order Fulfillment. Paula ensures smooth integration between business strategies and e-commerce to enhance global product quality. Previously, as a Product Manager at Delivery Hero, Paula managed product roadmaps, played a key role in cross-functional collaborations, and rolled out content management features across multiple regions. Passionate about customer experience and stakeholder management, she also serves as the WomenTech Network Berlin Leader.

Sarah Silbereis
EY – Talent Team
Sarah has been with EY for six years, specializing in recruiting. Her expertise includes hiring for intern, graduate, and experienced positions. Passionate about identifying and attracting top talent, she plays a key role in driving the organization's success by ensuring the right people are brought on board.
