Roles Responsibilities

Online Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, E-comm channels and email marketing).

Content & Social Media: Create/oversee an editorial calendar and maintain a consistent brand presence across all social platforms.

Analytics & Reporting: Measure, track, and report on the ROI and KPIs of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.

Optimization: Identify trends and insights to optimize user experience, website content, and ad performance.

Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and collaborate with internal teams (content, design) and external agencies to ensure project success.

Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years

Skills:

  • Good communication skills, high enthusiasm, ability to build knowledge-based rapport with customers
  • A team player but be able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (any stream)
  • Excellent Communication (particularly in English)
