The WomenTech Network Mentor of the Year Award honors an outstanding mentor within the WomenTech Network who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to guiding, advising, and empowering women pursuing careers in technology. Complete the online nomination form. Self-nominations and peer nominations are welcome.

2. Jury Evaluation

An independent jury reviews submissions based on mentorship impact, dedication, and the growth achieved by mentees.

3. Finalists Shortlist

Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.

4. Virtual Ceremony

Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Nomination eligibility criteria:

An active mentor within the WomenTech Network who has provided consistent guidance to one or more mentees in the technology field.

Demonstrated measurable impact on mentees' career development, skill growth, or professional advancement in tech roles.

Committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion through mentorship activities that support underrepresented groups in technology.

Actively participated in WomenTech Network mentorship programs, events, or community-driven mentoring initiatives.
