Over the past 12 years, I’ve led more than eight major tech transformations, helping teams adapt to new technologies while working closely with tech partners to make innovation happen. I’m passionate about women’s equity in the workplace and, as a mum of two, I know first-hand the barriers women can face when balancing leadership and motherhood.
