The Role

当社は、世界60カ国以上で数千の企業顧客にサービスを提供する世界最大のITインフラサービスのプロバイダーです。独立系企業として、適切なパートナーを招き、事業に投資し、顧客と二人三脚で潜在能力を引き出すことで、卓越した基盤を構築しています。

当部門は、日本国内の営業取引契約ついて、契約書の雛形作成、契約書審査、社内規定上の条件確認等を主な業務としております。当社が提供するサービスには、コンサルティング・サービス、システムの設計・構築・保守支援サービス、アウトソーシング・サービス、そしてクラウドサービスなど幅広いＩＴサービスがあります。

当部門のメンバーは営業担当者と一緒にお客様との契約交渉に参加することもあります。また、営業部門への契約書に関するアドバイスを提供し、契約書に関する教育プログラムの開発と提供を行っています。

１．業務範囲となる対象の契約書は、業務委託契約書、アウトソーシング契約書、個人情報の取り扱いに関する契約書、秘密保持契約書など様々な契約書を取り扱います。業務で使用する言語は、日本語が８０％で英語が２０％程度です。

２．当部門は当社のグローバルの法務部組織において日本での営業活動に関する契約書を担当しております。多国籍企業のお客様との取引においては、各国の法務部門担当者と連携して、契約書の作成と審査にあたります。

３．契約書に関する社内ガイドラインの作成も行います。

Who You Are

言語

・日本語：ネイティブレベル

・英語： (読み書き会話も含め英語で業務が可能なレベル)

望ましい経験/スキル

・企業または法律事務所での契約書の作成、レビュー、契約交渉実務の経験（５年以上）

・海外の関係者とのコミュニケーションが必要な業務の経験

・営業部門、デリバリー部門、テクニカル部門、社内各業務部門など他部門と良好な関係を構築し、諸課題が解決できる方を望みます。

勤務地

・勤務地：当社六本木本社事業所、入社後はOJTなどのため、本社事業所配属となります。業務の習熟度などを考慮のうえ、事業所出社と在宅勤務の割合を決めさせていただきます。
