What did you like best about the event?
I've had the privilege of speaking at major tech conferences, both virtually and in person, and this event is on par with most other conferences; it was very well organized. I enjoyed presenting, sharing my insights, and connecting with participants who were truly eager to learn and grow.
Sucheta Gawade, Manager, Client Infrastructure Design at Steward Health Care
What truly made it special was the authenticity in the room (virtual as it was). The speakers didn’t just talk about achievements; they shared their journeys, the lessons, the detours, and the growth. It was a beautiful reminder that we are not alone in our challenges, and that our voices and contributions truly matter.
Taiwo Adeniye, Senior IT Project Manager at Access Bank Plc
It was amazing to hear and network with so many talented women globally.
Aparna Bhat, Senior Analyst at EY
Attending this event was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The sessions were packed with cutting-edge insights and the most up-to-date information in the field, making it an invaluable resource for anyone looking to stay ahead of the curve. The lineup of speakers was truly world-class, each bringing a wealth of knowledge and practical, actionable advice that I can immediately apply to my work.
I was honored to be included as a speaker among such an impressive group of experts. Sharing my expertise with such an engaged and enthusiastic audience was incredibly rewarding. I left the event feeling inspired, better informed, and proud to have contributed to such a high-caliber gathering. I highly recommend this event to anyone serious about professional growth and industry leadership!
Jill Sweeney, Chief Strategist at Redboard Advisors
Attending the Women in Tech Global Conference and a session engagement volunteer was more than just a professional development experience, it was a personal one. The event brought together a vibrant, thoughtful, and incredibly talented community of women (and allies) in tech, engineering, leadership, and innovation.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Everything was top notch and in place. The organizers might want to consider putting in place a centralized event hub or mobile app with real-time session reminders, networking tools, and speaker resources would help streamline the experience especially for participants juggling time zones.
Taiwo Adeniye, Senior IT Project Manager at Access Bank Plc
There were so many awesome parallel sessions that it became difficult to keep up and choose one.
Aparna Bhat, Senior Analyst at EY
I recommend a quick technical training for all presenters, as there were a few presenters whose slides did not show/move, which made it hard to follow along. I also recommend a way to specify your top skills and an option to mentor/become mentee on those topics. This would increase the connection.
Marjana Simic, IT Director at The Salvation Army in Canada
