From my perspective, I do not believe in ”exclusivity”. I believe in inclusivity. It is true that male and female, male and female brain are functioning and reacting differently, however an opposite perspective is supportive too. It can help to see what it is not seen, to better understand and connect with those around you, and stop spiraling. I deliver a workshop about male and female brain. In my audience, there are both male and female. And it is always a surprise to see them, at the end of it, with a complete understanding and approach. And a relief that it is not personal, or misogyny, it is about how we are wired and how we integrate it.
