Lead the development of a specialized e-commerce platform as our on-site Technical Lead. You'll oversee full-stack Adobe Commerce development, manage WMS integrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams while serving as the primary liaison between onsite and offshore engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary onsite technical lead and main liaison between the client's onshore corporate headquarters and offshore development teams
  • Oversee end-to-end development integration and troubleshooting of the e-commerce platform
  • Lead technical design and implementation including Warehouse Management System integration and AWS deployment pipelines
  • Drive technical decision-making and problem resolution to support continuous delivery and platform stability
  • Collaborate with backend and WMS teams to ensure seamless system interoperability and optimal data flow

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Adobe Commerce (Magento) with comprehensive full-stack development capabilities
  • Strong background in integration of e-commerce platforms with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments within AWS cloud environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including onsite and offshore engineers
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to enable collaboration across distributed development teams

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $115,000 - $173,000.
