  • Receive, assign to delivery, track, and quality check data requests 
  • Schedule and attend Audit meetings. 
  • Provide end to end support for all types of audit requests including Internal Corporate Audits, External Audits, Client Third Party Risk Management assessments, ISO, PCI, SOC, etc
  • Manage audit project plan, criteria development or maintenance, external auditor engagement, data requests, report distribution & initiate post-audit activities  
  • Identify additional resources to participate on the audit interface team.  
  • Create the audit staging area, track, and manage all meeting and data requests.
  • Schedule all audit meetings and live testing sessions. 
  • Maintain an audit mailbox id for communication. 
  • Setup daily status calls.   
  • Attend live testing sessions, take meeting notes and document all follow-ups, and send out conditions and data sheets and support mitigation for the issues identified. 
  • Communicate audit status effectively through dashboards, PowerPoint and written/verbal communication.
  • Review documentation provided and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful audit outcome.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to Senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work with teams to develop action plans to address audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Make continual improvements or recommendations for change to ensure success
  • Ensure compliance with internal policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other organizations as required.

Required Skills and Experience

•3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or IT audit related position
•Good knowledge of cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards

Preferred Skills and Experience

•Valid and current certification or equivalent experience in one of the following: CISA or working toward attaining
