Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Translate functional needs into technical specifications.
- Support configuration, testing, and deployments.
- Provide Level 2/3 support and ensure SLA compliance.
- Serve as the strategic link between business units and IT.
- Understand business priorities, processes and pain points.
- Translate business needs into IT demand
- Identify technological opportunities that drive business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in similar IT roles.
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise apps.
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Bilingual 100% (Eng/Spa)
