There’s no single “right” path in tech—especially for women—and that’s exactly where the power lies. For me, defining my path meant not following a template, but adapting with intention through different life phases, including a career break and re-entry. Growth wasn’t linear, but it was continuous—through learning, staying connected, and showing up even when the path wasn’t clearly visible. What matters is owning your narrative: your choices, your pace, your evolution. Skills can be learned, roles can change—but clarity of direction and self-belief are what sustain you. In the end, it’s less about fitting into the tech industry, and more about shaping it in a way that reflects who you are becoming.
