The Team:
This role will be part of a growing Solution Management organization, reporting to the VP of Solution Management. You will interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers. Internal teams include product management, engineering, product marketing, partner management and sales. This position will work and communicate regularly with the leadership team and critical stakeholders.
The Role:
As a solution owner, you are accountable for the delivery and successful adoption of business solutions. In the context of Celonis, a business solution refers to an integrated offering of Celonis and partner products designed to uniquely address specific challenges for our customers. This role focuses on Celonis’ solutions addressing the needs of our customers’ IT departments namely the CIO, Application Owner, and Enterprise Architect personas.
The work you’ll do:
- Own creation and continuous improvement for one or more business solutions in the domain of IT. This includes the creation of a business case, E2E solution scoping, and identification of potential partners if required.
- Identify relevant emerging technology and industry trends through market research and customer interactions and define growth opportunities for Celonis. Incorporate these influences into the solution roadmap. Position business solution innovations with relevant content.
- Monitor business solution success and run analysis of customer health. Be a key stakeholder in the go-to-market and monetization plan for solutions.
- Support solution launch, rollout, and field/partner enablement. Define storyboards for sales demos of solutions and support roll-out materials, references, and success stories.
- Develop assets related to the roadmap including enablement decks for the field, enablement courses on our internal training platform, and a company-wide update newsletter highlighting important changes.
- Be the central reference point for your business solutions for internal teams and influence product roadmap for meeting the business solution goals.
- Manage relationships with key analysts/industry influencers to ensure they fully understand our business solutions. This includes creating and executing presentations incl. live demonstrations in conjunction with our leadership team.
The qualifications you need:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in Product Management or related roles at a B2B Software company,
- Ability to lead by example, working with cross-functional teams while being a contributor in your own right
- Ability and desire to understand and deeply research new and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Including experience presenting to senior business leaders, on a webinar, or on-stage at one of our events
- Ability to achieve results across multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines
- Must have strong business and technical acumen gained through professional experience as a self-starter with proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative
- Working knowledge of analytics, process mining, or enterprise process management is preferred
