The Role

マイクロソフト製品を中心とした生産性の向上やコラボレーションの推進など新しい働き方への変革のニーズが増えており、キンドリルとしてお客様の変革より一層強力にご支援していくために当該人材を募集します。

・アドバイザリー、インプリメント、デリバリー各フェーズにおけるコンサルティング業務（国内案件、グローバル案件）

組織がMicrosoft 365を最大限に活用し、効率的に業務を行うための支援を行う専門家です。

導入および移行の計画と実施:

組織に最適なMicrosoft 365プランの選定と導入計画の策定。

既存のデータやシステムをMicrosoft 365環境に移行する際の戦略の策定と実施。

設定およびカスタマイズ:

Microsoft 365の各種サービス（Exchange Online、SharePoint、Teamsなど）の設定とカスタマイズ。

ユーザーの権限、セキュリティ設定、アクセス制御の設定。

トレーニングと教育:

ユーザーグループや管理者向けのトレーニングの提供。

Microsoft 365の機能やベストプラクティスの教育と普及活動の実施。

セキュリティおよびコンプライアンスの評価:

組織のセキュリティニーズを評価し、それに基づいて適切なセキュリティ対策を提案・実施。

法的な要件やコンプライアンスに対応するための設定と監査の実施。

問題解決とサポート:

Microsoft 365関連の問題や課題の解決に対するサポート提供。

ユーザーからの問い合わせへの対応と技術的なサポートの提供。

最適化と改善の提案:

Microsoft 365の利用状況や効果をモニタリングし、最適化のための提案を行う。

新機能やアップデートの導入に関する助言を提供。

プロジェクト管理:

導入や移行プロジェクトの計画、実行、進捗管理を行う。

プロジェクトの範囲、予算、期日を管理し、関係者とのコミュニケーションを行う。

テクニカルサポート:

Microsoft 365のテクニカルな問題に対する解決策を提供。

バグや障害のトラブルシューティングを行う。

Microsoft 365 コンサルタントは、組織のニーズや目的に応じて、上記の業務内容の一部または複数を担当することがあります。彼らはMicrosoft 365の専門知識を活かし、組織の生産性向上やセキュリティ強化に向けた支援を行います。

Who You Are

所属は国内組織、報告先はグローバル組織となる予定。給与はキンドリルジャパンから支払い。
