The role of Senior Order Processor is to manage the ordering process received from relevant sales team or service tower. This role ensures the delivery and completion of the order completion until the handover to the respective billing team. This role maintains customer files with sales contract and other information and generates any price quotations, manages the completion of order sheets and validation of order processing content such as price and quantity checks. This role distributes order sheets to respective cross functional teams and may coordinate with relevant teams regarding order status and status of completion.

This role will typically coach and mentor junior resources within the team in respect of the relevant order management policies and processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the orders received
  • Coordinates the provisioning of the orders until delivery and completion
  • Handles the administration of the order policy and procedure
  • Manages the orders received from Sales
  • Validates all order management documentation
  • Coordinates the placing of the order for provisioning
  • Ensures the project team delivers the order and the completion report is generated for completion handover
  • Prepares and confirms all invoice data in systems, and activates billing based on workflow
  • Ensures the completed order is handed over to relevant billing team for invoicing
  • Supports any inquiry from Sales / other teams regarding existing customer contract information
  • Coaches and mentors junior resources within the team

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order documentation
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, sales teams, and other cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with order management systems, CRM software, and relevant tools
  • Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of integrated IT services, solutions, and products


Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • High school diploma with relevant vocational training


Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in order processing, customer service, or related role, preferably gained within a global IT services organisation
