I have developed a successful career in the ICT industry and I’m a passionate, self-motivated Executive (leadership) Consultant and Partner at Hightech Partners. Started as Account Manager in ADP I took on ever-increasing Sales Management responsibilities in CA, Gentia Software, Oracle, and Hitachi Data Systems.
In 2004 I founded Hill Consulting and beginning 2019 Hightech Partners (HTP), a leading European executive search and management consulting company in Digital Talent Development, and I decided to start cooperating to strengthen our international reach and joined HTP as a Partner.
In the meantime, I also became HTP’s Practice Leader for WomeninTech and Boardroom diversity. I am a proud Ambassador & Mentor of the WomenTech Network and in The Netherlands, I am Ambassador & Mentor for Rightbrains.
In addition, I am an Advisor & Ambassador for NextSales and advise and support a number of start-ups with global ambitions.
I am fluent in Dutch, English, and German and resides in Austria and the Netherlands.
