Discover how large-scale tech companies hire and move engineering talent globally, utilize AI internally, and build award-winning inclusion resource groups.

Grab your coffee and join us for the first WomenTech Network Coffee with HR, featuring Olga Bobin, Senior Director, Talent Mobility at EPAM.

As technology careers become increasingly global and AI changes how organizations operate, new questions are emerging around where opportunities are, how talent moves across borders, and how companies support people and communities along the way.

We’ll explore Olga’s experience working at the intersection of global talent mobility, technology, AI, and inclusion at EPAM. We’ll discuss perspectives on navigating international tech careers, how a global technology company approaches talent mobility, the role of AI internally, and the work behind building inclusion-focused employee communities.

Whether you’re considering an international career move, curious about how global tech companies approach talent, or interested in how AI is influencing the workplace, grab your coffee and join us for an open conversation and the opportunity to ask your questions live.
