Bo English-Wiczling
VP Global Developer Relations, Paypal
Bo English-Wiczling is Vice President, Global Developer Relations at PayPal, responsible for reinventing and elevating the experience of millions of developers using PayPal platforms and transforming the outreach and engagement of developers worldwide. She joined PayPal in November 2025 after leading a successful DevRel team in the Database Product Management team at Oracle. Bo has more than 28 years of experience in Tech, leading large-scale development teams, creating enterprise programs, and startups from scratch. She enjoys solving impossible challenges, including the first mobile phone activation platform at Best Buy used by 29 different Telcos across NA and Europe; the first Anti-Money Laundering platform at Amazon for millions of 3rd party marketplace sellers; and the first Developer Relations org in Oracle Marketing that transformed the company culture for interacting with millions of developers worldwide. She started her career as a web developer and authored multiple applications for companies looking for an online presence, such as Allianz and the American Heart Association. She has a double major in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Minnesota. Bo is a passionate advocate for open-source communities underrepresented affiliations and serves as a Board Advisor for the Whatcom Community College CIS/Cybersecurity Committee. She is also a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Agile Coach. Bo currently lives in Seattle, WA, with her husband and 2 dogs. In her spare time, she likes to collect hobbies and make things, wander the earth, race sports cars, and is an enthusiastic foodie. She is also especially fond of peaty Scotches.

LaTanya Ingram, Global Product Delivery Lead and senior technology leader at EY. LaTanya brings more than 20 years of experience leading large‑scale, global technology platforms and data and analytics portfolios. She leads EY Helix, EY’s global audit analytics platform, overseeing a global team of more than 200 professionals and a multimillion‑dollar portfolio. EY Helix embeds analytics into every significant aspect of the audit, enabling deeper insights, enhanced professional skepticism, and improved audit quality for teams around the world. Known for driving transformation in complex, high‑pressure environments, LaTanya delivers modern, resilient platforms and scalable innovation. Vidya Shankaran is a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of global experience in cloud, security, and cyber resilience. A CISSP and Forbes Technology Council member, she specializes in architecting outcome-based strategies for cyber resilience and business continuity. Named "CIO/CTO of the Year 2024" by Women Tech Network, Vidya leads compliance-centric AI adoption and the seamless integration of emerging technologies into cybersecurity and resiliency strategies.
