This is valid as long as you face human-generated attacks.
Today attacks can come from quantum computers or AI. So, we need something more than empathy. It takes:
1. a good knowledge of new algorithms
2. where do I get data from,
3. how it processes, what,
4. What? why? and for whom? I do it.

Today we are talking about a digital psychology, even if without consciousness yet.

And yes, women are very suitable for these deep levels of awareness and understanding, which require a lot of reflection and analysis of details.
