Product SW R&D Manager

We are looking for a SW Development R&D Manager for our SW product TPT. TPT is an innovative SW test tool for testing embedded systems that is widely used and growing rapidly, primarily in the automotive industry. From a technological point of view, TPT is primarily based on 75% Java, 15% Python and 10% C/C++. It is characterized above all by its lean architecture, agile development processes and a team of about 20 highly qualified, very committed smart developers.

Key responsibilities of the SW Development R&D Manager for TPT:

• Coordination of all development activities in the team
• Design, monitoring and optimization of the development process
• Assembly of the team, team expansion
• Ensuring quality and timely delivery for releases
• To work closely with Product Architect and Product Manager including contribution to the roadmap of the product

Your qualifications:

• Business fluent in German and English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business groups
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
• Experience with team leadership
• Experience with SW development management, especially with agile processes such as Scrum
• Experience with SW design and SW architecture
• In depth programming experience with Java, Python, C/C++
• Plus: Experience with Automotive SW development
