Women in Tech Barcelona 2025
Women in STEM Leadership
Hosted by Sanofi
Join us for an inspiring event focused on the real stories that shape careers in science and technology. Together, we’ll explore the pivotal moments, the doubts, and the decisions made without a map—because building a career isn’t about having all the answers but about learning through experience, growing with others, and finding clarity in the unexpected.
Featuring speakers from across the STEM landscape, the panel will reflect on navigating responsibility, change, and personal growth. We’ll discuss what makes a difference—whether it’s timely support or creating environments where teams can thrive.
If you're thinking about your next step, this might be it. Sanofi has just launched a new Digital & AI Hub in Barcelona, with over 300 roles in data, technology, and science. If you're looking for work that matters, we’d love to meet you.
Key goals of the session:
This session is about offering something simple but powerful: perspective. Through personal stories and honest reflection, we’ll explore how careers take shape - not always in straight lines, but through key decisions, challenges, and the people who help along the way.
We want attendees to leave with something useful and real: a better sense of what supports long-term growth in science and technology, how leadership evolves, and why shared experiences matter.
It’s also a chance to connect with the work we’re doing at Sanofi. With our new Digital & AI Hub now live in Barcelona, we’re building a team focused on rethinking how we use data and technology to improve lives. For anyone exploring what comes next, this is a window into the kind of work - and the kind of culture - we’re building together.
Important: Due to limited venue capacity, only approved attendees will be allowed to join the event. If you do not receive an email from the WomenTech Network with the location and instructions to confirm your attendance, you will not be admitted entry. Make sure to check your inbox for confirmation details.
