Our Application Support Team is responsible for provisioning, managing, and supporting Enterprise Applications which are utilized by internal business functions for supporting customers. We help test and develop new, innovative products and platforms. We collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to deliver the best applications, products, and services.

As a System Support Engineer II, you will work closely with all technical teams and business functions to understand IT application requirements and deliver them in the most efficient way. You will work on technical challenges to troubleshoot issues and deliver resolutions effectively.

As a Systems Engineer II , you will be responsible for:

• Providing Tier 2 support and managing Splunk infrastructure components, including indexers, search heads, forwarders, and deployment servers.
• Maintaining Splunk apps, dashboards, reports, and alerts to support operational needs and business requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Monitoring and maintain the health, performance, and security of Splunk environments
• Developing and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices for Splunk operations

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience and good understanding of Splunk architecture, components, and deployment best practices
• Be experience with Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud
• Have a good knowledge in Splunk query language (SPL) for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash for automation and integration
• Be Knowledgeable of IT operations, system administration, networking, and security concepts
• Possess excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
