The Team: 

The Celonis Ecosystem team is dedicated to supporting our partnerships, playing a pivotal role in our company's growth strategy. Our objective is to position the Celonis platform in the hands of every consultant, and the Ecosystem team, specifically the Partner Acceleration team, is instrumental in driving partnership activation. This involves strategically embedding Celonis into the offerings of our partners on a large scale.

Our overarching mission is to influence Celonis' growth trajectory by fostering self-sufficiency among our partners. We aim to cultivate advocates for the Celonis platform within our partner network, enabling them to deliver substantial value to our shared customers and contribute to the exponential scaling of Celonis.

The role: 

As a Manager of Partner Acceleration Solution Engineering, you will report into our SVP for Partner Acceleration and be responsible for leading a team of highly motivated Solution Engineers across several business domains and driving the go-to-market activation of our global strategic partnerships through differentiated joint solutions and offerings. 

The work you’ll do:

Identify and Develop Strategic Business Domains:

  • Assume a player/coach role, managing the team and collaborating hands-on with partners.
  • Collaborate with other Ecosystem teams (GSI/RSI) and leaders to establish priorities for the domains, guide partners and partnership teams on the domain priorities.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of joint offerings across strategic domains.
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end partner activation journey.
  • Develop required assets, pitch to partners, land lighthouse customers, and leverage the Partner Marketing team for promotion.
  • Translate partners' strategic objectives into impactful Celonis use cases.
  • Evangelize the Celonis platform across the ecosystem.
  • Communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to partners.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor across the portfolio of domains.

Create & Scale Domains Across the Ecosystem:

  • Strategically identify business domains for embedding Celonis.
  • Lead solution engineers in domain building and acceleration efforts.
  • Support the development of new domains for joint partner-Celonis value creation.
  • Ensure domain success and architect improvement measures.
  • Manage change within the team and pioneer new methodologies within Celonis' Ecosystem organization.
  • Take ownership of building strategic internal and external relationships as an executive sponsor.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for Partnership Alliance teams, triaging and resourcing requests.

Grow & Lead Celonis Talent:

  • Recruit the next generation of Partner Acceleration Solution Engineers.
  • Set high standards for candidate excellence.
  • Develop world-class talent through hands-on engagement, continuous feedback, and active mentorship.
  • Lead by example and consistently demonstrate Celonis Leadership Principles.
  • Effectively allocate Celonis resources to deliver on ecosystem targets.
  • Proactively communicate success and risks within the organization.

Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead by example, including being on the front line with your teams, hands-on in all aspects and a role model for the organization. 

The qualifications you need:

  • Overall experience: Have gained 8+ equivalent years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or Technology Consulting within large strategy or management consulting firms and experience leading high performing teams in the past.
  • Product Expertise: Experience with guiding partners throughout their Celonis journey, demonstrating high-level understanding of the current and new products
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrate your business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain as well as experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g. Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis EMS roadmap
  • Project Management: Plan and manage project scope, expectations and timelines. Leverage partners from the Celonis Ecosystem wherever possible.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
  • Offering development: Proven track record of developing go to market offerings for consulting firms, ideally involving new technologies.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
$128,000$176,000 USD
