Deborah Dana

Sr. Product Director of Etsy

Deborah Dana is Sr. Product Director of Etsy, the global marketplace for unique and creative products, where she leads product development focused on sellers on the platform worldwide, she is also Managing Director of Etsy Mexico where she leads business operations and strategy for the Mexico office. Prior to her role at Etsy, Deborah has a career as an entrepreneur, having founded and managed CanastaRosa, and Kiwilimon. She is also active in Venture Capital having been the managing partner for Soldiers Field Angels, having guest/starred as a Shark on Shark Tank Mexico, and acting as an active mentor to women entrepreneurs through different foundations and organizations. Deborah is mom of 4 and a wife.

Calia Millman

VP of Product Management at Etsy

Calia Millman is a VP of Product Management at Etsy, with 10+ years of experience working in Product. Calia joined Etsy in 2011 working in Customer Support and moved into Product shortly after, working across many different areas, like Wholesale and our Buyer Experience, most recently leading our Fulfillment and Seller Experience product groups. Before Etsy, Calia worked in environmental and social non-profits, and moonlit as a knitting teacher.

Alejandra Bobadilla

Senior Product Design Manager at Etsy

Alejandra Bobadilla is a Senior Product Design Manager at Etsy , with a background spanning industries from insurance to banking and retail. Alejandra’s all about cultivating spaces where innovation & creativity can do its happy dance. She truly believes that culture is the secret sauce to all things innovative. After all, it’s the engine that drives the whole shebang! When she’s not busy crafting, you’ll find her geeking out over perfumes or twisting herself into a pretzel at her favorite yoga class. Design Manager by day, scent aficionado, and yoga junkie by night!

Gabrielle Gianelli

Director of Data Engineering at Etsy

Gabrielle Gianelli is a Director of Data Engineering at Etsy. She first joined Etsy over 11 years ago, and has spent time in both product and engineering management in the course of her career. She finds working in the data space fascinating because of the impact and connection big data has across all parts of a company. Gabrielle has lived in NYC for the last 15 years, and graduated college with degrees in both philosophy and computer science.

Jenn Clevenger

Engineering leader

Jenn Clevenger is an Engineering leader with experience across many industries and technologies. Jenn worked in fintech and consulting before she joined Etsy 8 years ago to lead engineering for Data Enablement. Today, she’s leading engineering for Fulfillment and Seller Experiences. Jenn is an empathetic leader that values clarity, transparency and psychological safety. She believes that investing in people first is the path to building strong and healthy teams. As a woman and parent navigating a career in tech for over 20 years, Jenn is passionate about sharing her experiences and career journey with others, demystifying the journey to leadership, and speaking honestly about what has been difficult (but gratifying) about her path. Jenn lives in Brooklyn with her 2 kids, their dog, and her husband, Mike.
