True inclusivity means ensuring that participation in a mentorship program does not just become another form of unpaid, 'invisible' labor, something women in tech already face disproportionately. For a program to be accessible, leadership must explicitly sanction mentorship meetings as core work hours. Direct managers should be trained to support this time commitment so that neither mentors nor mentees feel they have to squeeze these vital conversations into their evenings, weekends, or lunch breaks.
