Top nominees are shortlisted and announced globally, gaining major industry visibility and recognition.
4. Virtual Ceremony
Winners are celebrated and announced live during the WomenTech Global Awards virtual ceremony on 03 December 2026.

Nomination eligibility criteria:

A seasoned professional with a distinguished career spanning 15+ years in technology, demonstrating sustained excellence and innovation throughout their journey.
Proven track record of pioneering contributions that have significantly advanced opportunities, policies, or pathways for women in technology at scale.
Recognized as a role model, mentor, or advocate whose influence has inspired multiple generations of women to enter, persist, and succeed in technology careers.
Demonstrated enduring commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech through leadership, philanthropy, policy work, or community building over an extended period.
