Competition Overview
The Community Initiative of the Year (Non-Corporate) Award recognizes outstanding grassroots, non-profit, or volunteer-led programs that have made a meaningful impact on advancing women in technology. This free award celebrates community-driven initiatives—meetup groups, coding bootcamps, mentorship circles, advocacy campaigns, and educational programs—that operate independently of corporate sponsorship to create inclusive pathways for women into tech careers and leadership roles.
