When I get a break from work for holidays, I love to travel, but in that joy, my interests lie in resting, taking off my shoes to get a good massage, and walking by the beach or any bay area. The scenic view and calmness of the water are beautiful and soothing to the soul, and you are likely to get some good seafood (one of my favorites). In a recent article, I shared that the history subjects we may have been taught in school are never enough. I have become more empathetic and learned about cultures, perceptions, individuality, unique occurrences and stories, and how they have developed and transformed over the years. I see how history and culture underscores the interconnectedness of societies, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and celebrating diverse contributions to the tapestry of humanity.
