Job Summary

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Sr. Manager of Americas Global Fulfillment. You will lead a team of professionals who are involved in the scheduling of customer orders and prioritizing production at the factories for demand in the Americas. 

Reports to: Director, Global Order Fulfillment
Reports: Approximately 4 people, the staff is based in the US
Key Interfaces: Global Operations teams, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Planning, Logistics, IT, and contract manufacturing partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishing key performance metrics and benchmarks to guide supply chain planning and forecasting; monitoring planned vs. actual performance and presents results to senior management.
  • Maintaining communications with operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution; creating integrated processes to streamline supply chains and achieve business goals.
  • Set priorities for manufacturing in case of materials constraints, to maximize customer satisfaction, and for Quarter End revenue.
  • Address supply issues and other constraints with the Supply Planning and Procurement organizations for resolution.
  • Drive relevant internal stakeholders and manufacturing partners to achieve flawless execution at NetApp’s fiscal quarter ends.
  • Lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction through shorter lead times and improved on-time delivery to first commit.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and global projects to drive process and systems transformation
  • Managing and directing the fulfillment analysts, including training, hiring, and coaching.

Job Requirements

•    12+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and planning, with at least 5 years directly in order fulfillment and 5 years proven track record at the managerial level.
•    Exposure to multiple supply chain operations models with specific focus on the hardware technology industry.
•    Experience implementing and running Available-To-Promise (ATP) modules in planning systems
•    Experience with ERP transitions, specifically in manufacturing requirements planning modules.  Oracle and/or Oracle Cloud a plus.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and reporting capabilities. 
•    Experience managing and collaborating across the organization with global teams from different cultures and leading teams towards shared organizational goals.
•    Track record of inspiring change and being the change agent who drives business and operational transformation.
•    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is [$198,990] – [$221,000]. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
