Aga Krawczyk Bio (LinkedIn)

Aga is an energetic Supply Chain Leader in ICT with 15+ years’ experience managing large, complex supply chain platforms & programmes.
Starting my professional career at Flex back in 2005 in my native country of Poland, I quickly progressed into leadership, being promoted three times in 2 years. I held a variety of leadership positions, before moving to the Netherlands in 2010 to continue my journey with Flex as Commodity Manager and Global Supply Chain Manager, leading teams in EMEA & APAC.
In 2013, I joined World Wide Technology (WWT) as European Operations Manager. As WWT’s first employee in the Netherlands, my work paved the way for our organization in EMEA to grow from a small start-up into the fast-growing organization it is today.
In my current role as Head of PMO in EMEA, I am responsible for developing global supply chain and logistics solutions for WWT’s current and future customer network.
Combining my solid backgrounds in operations, manufacturing, services, and delivery with my strong passion for leading, motivating and developing people, I support clients in leveraging WWT’s global investment and commercial models. Through the application of extensive leadership and technology skills, I deliver results, leading a diverse Supply Chain PMO team that manages all aspects of infrastructure programme delivery.
Nothing works without people. I have an intense passion for developing, mentoring, and optimizing WWT’s #1 asset – our people. As co-founder of WWT’s Global Women in Leadership Auxiliary, and leader of our “Lean–In” Circle of diverse members, I help unlock leadership potential, foster inclusion, and promote a sense of belonging across the entire organization.
