Deepika Reddy Odur Bio (LinkedIn)
I am a senior software engineer specializing in backend architecture and engineering leadership on enterprise-scale data platforms and intelligent business systems, with over nine years of experience across financial services, analytics, compliance, and enterprise operations. My work centers on backend systems that need to stay fast, reliable, and observable at enterprise scale, including distributed microservices, event-driven design, and high-throughput data pipelines on the Java stack.Over the past decade, I have moved from module-level development on logistics and workforce systems into leading design and implementation for enterprise data monitoring, customer analytics workbench, and regulatory compliance platforms at a global bank. My current focus is enterprise data pipeline observability, where I lead the design and implementation of a monitoring platform that gives engineering and operations teams real-time visibility into thousands of Autosys jobs and handles datasets that cross one million records.
My research and writing extend into enterprise AI modernization, with scholarly publications on Retrieval-Augmented Generation, GraphRAG, AI governance, and scalable software architecture. I hold an Oracle Certified Associate Java SE 8 Programmer credential and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University.
