Liza Iakovleva Bio
Liza Iakovleva is COO and Co-Founder of Hotel Treats, a hospitality technology company that helps luxury hotels offer experiences such as spa access, dining, day passes, getaways and gift vouchers to local customers. She has played a central role in building the company’s teams, processes and systems, helping it grow profitably without external funding. Today, Hotel Treats works with more than 1,500 hotels across 20+ countries and has served over 500,000 customers, with partners including Meliá Hotels International, NH, Iberostar, Marriott, Anantara, IHG and Paradores. Based in Palma de Mallorca, Liza is an immigrant entrepreneur and mother. Her experience of building a company and a life in a new country has shaped her approach to leadership: personal, honest, practical and focused on creating sustainable growth without losing the human side of the business.
