Manasa Kandadi Bio (LinkedIn)
I am a Lead Platform Engineer working in enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance technology, with a career built around designing data systems that help large organizations understand and manage risk at scale. Over the past several years I have architected Archer GRC environments supporting more than 25,000 users at Fifth Third Bank and over 15,000 users at American Electric Power, where I helped expand infrastructure and lifted platform scalability by more than 300 percent. My focus has stayed consistent, turning fragmented risk information into structured, connected, and analyzable data so leadership can act on it with confidence. I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems from Marist College and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JNTUH, and I bring the same engineering discipline to how I think about data models as I do to how I think about platforms. My current work centers on integrated risk data frameworks, where standardized data elements allow information from separate compliance, operational risk, and control systems to flow into one shared source of truth. I care about the analytical layer as much as the tooling layer, because the real value of a GRC platform lives in what the data can tell you, not in the platform itself.
