Rachele leads all Marketing efforts at Mintago, the UK’s most comprehensive financial wellbeing solution. Mintago helps employers and employees save on national insurance costs with salary sacrifice pension, while improving the financial health of their teams.
Since joining, Rachele has completely revolutionised Mintago’s marketing after working at the company for just over one year, building a strong market-leading brand and by developing effective marketing strategies.
Rachele has great business acumen, inspired by her wealth of experience in tech including Blockchain, Adtech and most recently, FinTech. She has had a keen interest in the world of technology from a young age, however did not imagine that her passion could lead to a successful career. Having created her first website at age 12, she then finally discovered her calling in marketing. Since then she has been involved in diverse types of projects in both B2B and B2C. Rachele is constantly learning new skills which enhance her offering within the tech community.
She is a mentor and ambassador for WomenTech and is thrilled to have the opportunity to pass on what she has learned to others in the field. Her strong entrepreneurial qualities mean that she is always looking to learn and grow, developing exciting new initiatives and innovations.
